Sue Fox (Keyboards, Guitar, Sax, Vocals) Leader of band for over 20 years:

Sue is originally from Los Angeles, California. She has been a professional musician for over 25 years, and is a multi-instrumentalist, playing keyboards, saxophone, and guitar. She has been in a variety of bands that have included her long-time band "Prime Tyme Band" as well as "High Spirits", "TLC", "Fire and Ice", "Hyjinx", "Executive Suite" and two tribute bands. Sue has played music in the Northwest at many of the various venues including clubs, Red Lion hotels, corporate parties, weddings, fairs, private parties, and an assortment of other events.  Fox plays in another band when not scheduled with Prime Tyme Band that is a great Motown/soul dance band called, "The Next Level Band 143."

Jet Deleon - Lead Singer in the band  

A classmate overheard Jet singing while writing the day's assignments on their 6th grade white board. She flew out of the classroom to fetch the school principal so he could hear Jet sing. Suddenly Jet found himself singing "special music" for church and other school events. Thoroughly bitten by the bug, Jet embarked on a musical journey that would take him through studying music in college, singing with various choirs, acting in Broadway-style musicals, singing with jazz bands, cover bands, and more.

Today Jet draws from his expansive background to lend his unique sense of soul and lyricism to Prime Tyme "Variety" Dance Band. A life-long learner, Jet is dedicated to his craft in a way that is unhindered by the ego's usual craving for fame and fortune.  In this state of unattachment, his daily practice allows him to unlock refreshingly new ways of rendering classic hits with a sense of excitement, heartfelt sincerity, and power that you won't hear anywhere else. Heidi Davis

Heidi Davis is a professional singer/ actress with her Master's in Vocal Performance. She is a classically trained soprano, and excels not only in opera, but musical theatre, pop, jazz, and blues styles. As an actress, Heidi has played a multitude of different roles, with her specialty being comedic or "character" parts, for which she has cultivated a plethora of dialects, accents, character voices, and celebrity impersonations. Heidi is also a professional flute player and an experienced voice and piano teacher, and improvisor. Her professionalism, dedication, and passion for her craft, as well as her versatility and creativity, make her the ultimate entertainer.

Ken Bussell (Lead vocalist, Lead Guitar Player, Bass Player)

Ken is one of our newest band member in Prime Tyme band.  He is a performing singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist for 30 years and currently teach 60+ private guitar, bass, drum, ukulele, piano, voice, and music production students each week. His professional music experience includes composition, recording engineering and production, choir direction and band leading, and live performance and production. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University with double majors in Marketing and Nonprofit Management and double minors in Economics and Music Technology, he was recruited by a national partnership of churches to serve as the Administrative Pastor and Music Director for a new church being started in Oregon.  In addition to Prime Tyme Band, he  currently performs with a number of local bands and musical groups and serve as a music director for a small progressive church in the Portland area.
